Thanks for Nothing, Public Safety

My laptop was stolen from my car some time in mid-October.

I admit, it was foolish of me to leave it uncovered even though it was in a case. When I realized what happened, I obtained the phone number for the CSCC Department of Public Safety.

The man that answered the phone put me on hold before I could finish one sentence. About five minutes later, another person picked up the phone. Once again, I was quickly put on hold.

Another two minutes passed before the next guy answered. I was told to give my name and number and that I would recieve a call later.

Three weeks have passed and I have not heard a word from the Columbus State Police. I may be a little bitter; my laptop was stolen after all. Still, I'm hoping they are doing something useful somewhere else because for me, they literally did NOTHING to help.
